Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you make a payment, your financial information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard encryption. Microsoft Teams Community

Office Hours members communicate through a Microsoft Teams community. When you join, your Microsoft Teams profile information (name and profile picture) will be visible to other members. Session recordings may be shared within the community. Please be mindful of the information you share in community discussions.

Our website is hosted on Vercel, with servers located in Canada and the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is stored securely and in accordance with Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
