How We May Use AI Tools
At Beleaf Bookkeeping, we may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with administrative tasks and content creation. This includes tasks such as drafting communications, creating website content, summarising research, and improving operational efficiency. AI tools are used as assistants to support our work, not as replacements for professional judgement.
Human Oversight
All work produced with the assistance of AI tools is reviewed and approved by Jennifer Jesseau, CPB, before being used or shared. Jennifer maintains full responsibility for the accuracy and quality of all bookkeeping services, client communications, and published content. AI-generated output is never used without human review.
Data Protection
Client financial data, personal information, and confidential business details are never shared with, uploaded to, or processed by third-party AI services. We maintain strict boundaries between AI tools and client data. Our commitment to your privacy and data security remains our highest priority.
